We are always looking for opportunities to develop sites and can help our clients who need advice on developing there own land or thinking of purchasing to build their own house.

We can put you in contact with experts to help you develop your own site but if you do not have the experience this can be a daunting prospect. We can take all the stress out of the process by appointing a company that not only can design and build your project but also advise you on how to get the most out of your building plot. If you do not want to get involved at all we can talk to our various business partners about a joint venture and reduce the risk of the project going wrong for you by limiting your liability.

You may know of a site that has the potential to develop in this case we may be able to negotiate a finders fee for you if you introduce the site to us and we can find a developer interested this can be an old Mill or a back garden, we will make the approach and if we create an interested party you will benefit.

Developments Becoming Available

The Village Marple Bridge – An exclusive development in a listed building in Marple Bridge. There will be 14 properties available and three town houses. The specification will be released shortly but in short there will be nine one bed apartments' seven two bed apartments and 2 town houses. The apartments all have parking are finished to a high standard and will be serviced by a lift. The prices will start from £135,000 to £215,000 and there has been considerable interest in buying off plan. The release date will be mid May 2005 completion will be late November/December 2005.

Howard Town Mill Glossop – a fantastic development of --- apartments in the town of Glossop which has seen significant rise in house values in the past three years due to good rail and road links to Sheffield and Manchester.
